The Roost. A delightful two bedroom bungalow.

A delightful and peaceful retreat to enjoy a well deserved break from the 'hub-bub' of everyday life. Only a couple of minutes drive from Junction 17 of the M4, for explorers and 'doers', The Roost is within easy reach of Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Cardiff, the Cotswolds; the list is endless! At the same time, the countryside setting, its own charming garden and the plentitude of local walks also make The Roost the ideal setting for those that just want to kick back and relax - get away from it all!

Piglet's House

Set in eight acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, Piglet's House can be found within the grounds of an 18th century farm. Piglet's House contains a small but well equipped kitchen, a desk for 'working from home', a roll-top bathtub, shower and loo, TV and sofa, high-speed Wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Easily accessed from Junction 17 of the M4, it is set down a long driveway and has it’s own off-road parking spot for one car. Babies/toddlers welcome too.

Oak Framed Apartment in quiet Rural Location

Woodpecker Lodge has been beautifully furnished in a modern country style to reflect its rural surroundings. The Lodge has its own ensuite shower room and toilet, kitchenette, dining area, double bed, Sofa, TV, on site parking. Easy access to M4, just 2.5 miles from Junction 17. Situated in the South Cotswolds close to the historic market town of Malmesbury and picturesque villages including Lacock, Castle Combe and Badminton. Close to popular wedding venues, Kin House and Grittleton House.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Cosy Lodge in Beautiful Village

The Lodge, at the foot of the Cotswolds, is an ideal break in the heart of the countryside or a base to explore many exceptional towns and villages in the area. Cirencester, the capital, is 20 minutes easy drive away. The Georgian City of Bath is 30 minutes with its host of tourist attractions and restaurants. The Cotswolds historic market towns of Malmesbury and Tetbury are 10/15 minutes north and south are the picturesque ‘must-see’ villages of Lacock and Castle Coombe.

The Cabin

A rustic, secluded self contained Cabin beside a lake, set in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Take yourself back to nature and enjoy far reaching views in this peaceful off-grid setting. Enjoy stargazing around the fire pit and snuggle down in front of the log burner. We're veggies here so we ask that no meat is cooked on the premises, this includes inside the cabin itself as well as in the South Barn space. There is a good outdoor bbq for meat lovers though! Fuchsia Barn, romantic Cotswolds

Fuchsia Barn is a brand new purpose built Airbnb unit, finished to a very high standard, with lots of natural materials giving it a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. It is situated 12 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Castle Combe, often voted the prettiest in the country, and featured in many films. There are wonderful woodland walks from the property, and two village pubs within walking distance

Self Contained Studio in Country House

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested. There is an ensuite bathroom and small alcove with tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave oven (not proper kitchen). Secluded Luxury Shepherds Hut South Cotswolds

Hill Farm Shepherds Hut is located in the corner of a 15 acre field with uninterrupted views of the countryside, where you can while away the evening stargazing. A great place to relax and unwind with the use of a wood fired hot tub. Additional charge for use of hot tub £20 for your stay, includes all wood. The hut is very private with its own track and parking.

Immaculate town centre private annexe - sleeps 2-4

The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.

A perfect base in rural Wiltshire, bordering the Cotswolds, for visiting Stonehenge, Lacock, Castle Combe, Avebury, the Cotswolds, Salisbury Cathedral and Bath as well as the many other delights the area has to offer. Whether walking, cycling or sightseeing The Tiny Barn is ideally located in the hamlet of Studley.
