Die 78 qm große 2-Zimmerwohnung im "Haus der Begegnungen" bietet Raum für ein gemütliches Urlaubserlebnis für Familien/Paare, Freunde und Geschäftsreisende. Neben einem separierten Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch (TV, Kamin, Zugang Wohnküche). Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung (+ Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank) sowie eine typisch bayrische Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer ist mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche, Badewanne, WC & Bidet ausgestattet. On Top gibt es einen Mini Balkon.

Winterzauber in 15 Minuten bei der Steinplatte, ein Skitraum. Im Sommer: Vor dem Frühstück in den direkt am Grundstück gelegenen See springen und dann ab in die Berge – ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike. Willkommen in deinem persönlichen Paradies!

In der alten Tenne mit rund 300qm² wartet auf Sie das Outdoor Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa , sowie Spielmöglichkeiten wie Billiard, Tischtennis, Kicker und Dart. Für keinere Kinder haben wir in der Tenne einen Spielbereich mit Bällebad, Rutsche, Kletterwand, Beschäftigungbrett und Holzspielzeug.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Bergen und Wiesen. Salzburg und München sind nicht weit.. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Duftes nach Zirbenholz - wegen der traumhaften Aussicht - wegen des Weinkellers - wegen der Gourmetküche - wegen des heizbaren Holzzubers - wegen des schönen Gartens - wegen der vielen liebevollen Details. The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.
