Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

There is a small courtyard garden between our house and the property. You're welcome to use our garden to sit out if you would like.

Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Located within a 5-minute walk of the bustling Mill Road, Cambridge which has a wide variety of supermarkets, butchers, coffee shops and local restaurants. There is a small private garden accessible via bi-fold glass doors which open from the fully equipped kitchen into the garden. All in all a modern and very comfortable small home.
