The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Truman Loft

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Hummingbird Vista is located in tranquil Unity Village, just minutes from Kansas City and Lee’s Summit (and 20 minutes from the Truman Sports Complex). The 3-story, English Cotswold-style home on the 2nd hole of the Unity Village golf course has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can comfortably sleep 12 people. It features a wet bar and fireplace with remote control. Perfect for large families, reunions, retreats, etc. Includes access to a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Cheerful 2-bedroom cottage four miles from stadiums with free parking on premises. Family friendly with country feeling close to the city. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

Walkout basement apartment with private outside entrance, private queen bedroom, full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, separate office room (single bed is in the office) , lots of comfortable seating and full private bath. Plenty of natural daylight with full size windows and glass door in the apartment. Please be sure to review our house rules. There are not many, but they are important to adhere to.

5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! My place is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)
