Farm Getaway

Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

The Cottage in Spartanburg

This charming & private studio cottage is located in Spartanburg's downtown historic district Hampton Heights. Guests will find a comfortable foam mattress sofa bed (no bars or springs), full bathroom, closet, & complete kitchen amenities. Located less than a mile from restaurants, bars, m-league ball park & shops of Downtown Spartanburg, and close to Converse Univ., VCOM, and Wofford College, this cozy studio cottage is the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day visiting the Upstate.

A quiet place in the country

Clean and spacious mother in law suite over 1200 sq ft. Use this as your home base as you explore the SC upstate. GSP and Spartanburg less than 30 minutes away, Greenville and NC mountains less than 45 minutes away, and just ten minutes from either exit 35 or 28 on I-26. BMW, Michelin and other manufacturing plants are less than 30 minutes away. Start your day with coffee on your private deck and after a long day you can enjoy a dip in the shared pool (pool open Mid May - Mid Sept.

Need to Unwind? Time for a Sleepcation? Or just want to unplug with your family? Our farm offers the perfect setting to let nature set your pace. Conveniently located off I-26 near Spartanburg, Woodruff and Presbyterian College, city life is nearby but you will feel a world away when the stars come out. Plenty of hiking & history close by - plus guided trail hikes on the farm. Or simply soak in the scenery as you rock on the porch. Interested in bees? Ask about our bee apiary tour upgrade.

Exterior Carriage Doors w/ remote control entrance for privacy, 2single bed in living area, sofa (full) bed, full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, NINJA FOODI oven, Toaster, crockpot, Kettle, wifi, table, access to pool, pool table, etc-TV(fire stick). We have pets but in separate part of house/yard. Minutes from town & Presbyterian College. Perfect for tours, sports. Apartment was previously used for family. Quaint/rustic, perfect for private stays.

Close to town in country setting. CLEAN and Comfy

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS. NO PARTIES!!

beautiful nature,3bedroom, 2 king and 2 queen beds

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

70's Nostalgia

Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

Cozy Cottage in Union, SC

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

Perfect for a romantic or solo getaway, a sight-seeing trip, or just passing through!
