The warm, cozy, cottage feel invites you to stay awhile or longer if you'd like. Morning coffee on the patio while bird watching or enjoy the peaceful views of the Pecan trees. The playground is the perfect escape from a long car ride. Night brings the illuminated glow from the outdoor lights while you enjoy your company.

The Hollow: Experience Life Off-grid!

The Hollow offers guests an offgrid escape deep in the heart of Middle Georgia’s most beautiful area. Nestled on 5 remote acres, our one-room cabin overlooks a 3 acre pond. Enjoy fishing or sunbathing on the dock, camping, bird watching, and all the beauty of this natural, undisturbed setting. Solar-powered water well and propane water heater for showers in the outhouse. Fire pit & firewood available on site. Limited solar power. *We are currently making improvements to our dock area.*

Tiny Cabin in the Country

Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

The Garden House - 8 minutes to RAFB

Peaceful retreat located on 2.5 acres. Relax and enjoy nature in this one bedroom guest house. Private drive and parking from main house, with easy access to Robins Air Force Base (5 miles), Georgia National Fairgrounds (13 miles), and Warner Robins (6 miles) shopping and restaurants. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.
