The home has lots of character on a sustainable farm adjacent to the Mohonk Preserve & 7 miles to Minnewaska State Park.

This adorable cottage features an indoor gas fireplace, loft, screened in porch, outdoor fire pit and outdoor deck. It is tucked away from the road yet only minutes to town. Centrally located you can get to all the towns in the Catskills quickly. Plenty to do like hiking, apple picking, antiquing and shopping. This cottage is the perfect retreat from the city.

Clove Schoolhouse on Mohonk Preserve

Fully renovated schoolhouse first built in the 19th century. On Mohonk Preserve, guests have access to over 80 miles of hiking trails from the garden. Enjoy all that the region has to offer - cultural scene in New Paltz, Minnewaska State Park, Woodstock, cross-country/downhill skiing, snowshoeing, renowned cycling and mountain biking as well as rock climbing.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
