Grace and Favor - welcoming one bedroom suite

Centrally located to all attractions, yet just far enough removed to offer the best of country life. The Grace and Favor Suite offers a large one bedroom (queen size bed) with seating area and private bath on the ground level. We make every effort to offer the best in hospitality while allowing our guests the most amount of privacy. Howland House is a ten-room inn in a restored 1870's farmhouse in Mount Tremper, NY. Our place is close to the Belleayre Ski Mountain, Belleayre Beach, many hiking trails, fishing spots and other family-friendly activities. Room is comfortably appointed with luxury bedding and has a full kitchen and private bath. Rooms kitchen door leads to a sprawling backyard with a grill to every room, picnic tables and a community Fire Pit for gathering and roasting marshmallows. We are located in a quiet spot, yet conveniently right off route 28.

Our home sits on 16 acres of land including 2 beautiful swamps filled with amazing wildlife. The Vly Life is located in the very tranquil area known as the Vly in Stone Ridge, just two hours from NYC. We are centrally located, 25 minute drive to New Paltz, Woodstock and Kingston.
