The Farmhouse is part of the Grateful Woods family! It sits on 7 acres at the top of the hill & offers a beautiful view of our farm just across the road. In addition to its own amenities like a hot tub, firepit, and game room, guests enjoy full access to everything Grateful Woods has to offer—scenic trails, peaceful walks through the pastures, and time with our friendly animals, including goats, Highland cows, chickens, & horses. This charming Aframe is tucked into the Catskill mountains, with spectacular seasonal views of the Rondout Reservoir. This house is cozy with rustic charm and is the perfect getaway nature-lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many hiking trails and waterfalls just a short drive away. A sanctuary for goats, animal lovers can visit with over 30 rescues during their stay. Art materials and yoga mats are provided to round out a perfect escape for you to unwind, rest, relax and heal.

The 1772 Lefevre Stonehouse Suite

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.
