Nice and modern apartment central in Ulsteinvik. If you like outdoor activities the apartment is close to both the sea and the mountains. For indoor activities, Ulstein Arena is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Here you find the local library, indoor climbing and swimming/indoor water playground. Beautiful appartment on surf beach with amazing views of the ocean and the beach. The constantly changing light is one of the main attractions in Flø, along with the white sugary beaches, the waves, the otters, the eagles, the seals, the surfing, the climbing, the hiking, the spectacular sunsets and the occasional whale. If you enjoy the outdoors, Flø is the perfect playground. If you prefer to observe nature from the safety of a sofa, this stunning apartment might be just your cup of tea.

Føl deg som hjemme i denne koselige leiligheten med peis og terasse med vidunderlig utsikt over Ulsteinvik, øyer og hav. Fredelig barnevennlig boligstrøk med lekeplass i nærheten. Stor og fin leilighet med utsikt

Stor, romslig og familievennlig leilighet. Bildene er fra når vi kjøpte i 2023 og noe møblement avviker derfor (info under bildene). God og romslig plass for flere personer. Bra med parkeringsplasser. Leiligheten ligger opp i høyden fra sentrum, noe som gir en fantastisk utsikt! Kort veg til flotte turområder og Ulstein Arena som har både bibliotek, klatrehall og svømmehall. En liten biltur unna kan man oppleve fulgefjellet Runde, sunnmørsalpene og mer.

Hybel på Jøsok

Hybelleiligheten ligger i egen separat del av huset, med egen inngang på oversiden av huset, og med egen utgang til baksiden av huset der det er ca 50 meter ned til sjøen. Man har tilgang til sjøen, men det er gjerde rundt huset da det går sauer og beiter i sommerhalvåret. Det går også frittgående høner rundt huset. Egen sitteplass ute på begge sider av leiligheten, og egen parkeringsplass. Kjøkkenet har alt man trenger til vanlig matlaging.

Moderne leilighet av høy standard midt i sentrum. Nærmaste nabo til Ulstein Arene med bibliotek, klatrehall, svømme- og idrettshall. Gangavstand til det meste, og mange fine turmuligheter utenfor døren. Leiligheten har to verandaer, så her har man sol både morgen og kveld.
