Private fully equipped cottage, seperate private driveway & double carport, private entrance. We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen

Peaceful studio on the edge of town

Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Discounted longer stays. A bbq is available on the deck. We have a small dog and a cat. The room has a private entrance. Undercover parking and washing machine on request

Hidden Valley Private Spacious Guest Suite & views

This spacious guest suite with it's own private full bathroom separated from the main house by a garage is positioned overlooking Hidden Valley Estate where you'll find kangaroos roaming and lounging about. With it's own separate entrance you will have total privacy. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are provided as well as a shared BBQ. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee out on your deck or sit in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset by the fire pit.

With access to your own boat ramp less than 50 metres from the retreat, you can take your boat/canoe and wet a line, or water ski on the river.

Funky cabin in tropical setting, mins from beaches

We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Daphne’s Cottage

Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable

Unique River front log house

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Pecan Palms log house is positioned next to the sandy bottomed Orara river, known for Bass fishing and crystal clear waters making it the ideal location to fish, canoe and swim. If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

Blue Back

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
