Our house is a privately reserved traditional Kyoto machiya townhouse. Unlike a hotel, the entire house is exclusively for your group, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and authentic stay in a local Kyoto neighbourhood. Inside the house you will find traditional tatami rooms, natural materials such as wood and clay walls, and a small garden with an open-air bath featuring a Shigaraki ceramic tub. Many guests choose for special occasions such as honeymoons, anniversaries, or memorable journeys.

We take great pride in keeping our home clean. If you have any concerns or need assistance, we’ll do our best to help you at any time—even late at night. Many restaurants and all the shops you need for daily life are within walking distance. Please check the photos, as the stairs are steep. Guests staying for two weeks or longer are welcome to bring their pets.
