Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Storslagen havsutsikt över Byfjorden längst fram av alla hus. Sol från morgon till sen kväll, där man kan njuta i solnedgången från den härliga terassen. Tomt med terrass och uteplats, 2 plan mot havet. Uteplats för frukost i morgonsolen. Ta ett dopp i salta bad nedanför huset. Huset har en egen biosalong med 3 stora och sköna biofåtöljer. Finns egen 24h butik ett stenkast ifrån huset. Huset har 5 sovrum och 1 extra sovrum i gemensamt utrymme. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej.

Närmare havet kommer du inte, altanen ligger över vattnet. Här bor i du en stuga på 25 m^3. Ett rum med ett pentry, kylskåp, kaffebryggare Toaletten har ett handfat med varm och kallvatten. Duschen finns ute med varmvatten. Sovrummet består av 2 våningssängar undersängen liter bredare, med täcke och kudde, medtag lakan. På altan finns 4 stolar och ett matbord.
