Willow Cottage is a self-contained annexe connected to Waterloo House, a 19th century farmhouse. Named after the Weeping Willow tree right outside the door and located in the beautiful semi-rural village of Stoke Orchard, this recently renovated cottage offers an excellent base from which to explore the Cotswolds. There are great walks and cycle routes straight out of the door, and with Cheltenham Racecourse and Cheltenham town only a short drive away the possibilities for exploring are endless!

The property has easy access and ample parking. Located within easy reach of Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, The Malverns, Cotswolds and M5, the accommodation is in a perfect position for exploring all that the area has to offer.

NB: the oven is a combination microwave/convection oven so it bakes/grills as well as offering microwave functions. There is also a plug in hob if you need to fry or boil food. Wifi code is plugged in by the sofa. **Not sure why listing defaults to "sofa bed" but it is a sofa in the living area**.

We are approx. 1.5 miles from the M5 and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre. Cheltenham boasts an array of shops and boutiques, coffee shops and bars, for you to enjoy during your stay. Cheltenham hosts many events such as racing, the science, literature and jazz festivals.

Our first floor flat offers twin bedded room with shower room, kitchen, Internet, TV and underfloor heating. Sunny aspect with windows on both sides. View over garden and countryside. The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.

There are two good bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a study with a single sofa bed.
