Recommended for 2 adults & 2 children or 4 adults. Not accommodating 2 couples. The Suite is a 45 m2 luxury loft apartment with amazing view of mountaintop Palamidi fortress. It boasts minimal styling with equipment from well-known designers. This loft has interior stairs leading to the roof top floor which has 2 connecting bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Easy access to the local beaches, the historical center, restaurants etc. Car not necessary; everything within walking distance.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε αυτό τον γαλήνιο χώρο στο κέντρο του νησιού! Το διαμέρισμα μας απέχει μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια, από το κεντρικό λιμάνι. Είναι ένας χώρος με θέα την κεντρική παραλία του Αγίου Μάμμα, κατάλληλος να φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια και ολιγομελής οικογένειες. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
