My place is right on the Strand facing ocean with the most beautiful views that include dolphins, the beach and large cargo ships. Tybee Island offers family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.

Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
