Sleek Waterfront Apartment in Twin Waters

Defined by its blend of muted colours and geometric decor pieces, this subdued apartment has a streamlined style that fosters a climate of calm. A covered deck patio invites the ideal space to host a barbeque, complete with lake views. Direct lagoon water views and ground floor access make this a dream holiday destination. You can't help but relax! Ground floor apartment with your own private garden and deck with direct walking access to the resort restaurants and bar, lagoon, pool, surf beach and river. Access the resort facilities with free water sports (kayaking, water trampoline and sailing boats) and a paid water activity park perfect for the kids (and big kids too!). An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The Sunshine Coast airport is a few minutes drive, Sunshine Plaza is a 15 minute drive, there are however local shops for provisions. Any questions before or while you are staying, please text, call or you can message via AirBnB. Contact details are all provided in the information pack on arrival. Set within Twin Waters Resort, the apartment is set beside the Maroochy River. It's steps away from a golf course and a beach, as well as a conservation area. No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

This light and airy air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite is ideally situated at Mudjimba Beach. Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door. Facilities include a bar fridge, free-to-air TV and Wifi, DVDs, toaster and complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.

Cozy garden bungalow.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
