Sleek Waterfront Apartment in Twin Waters

You can't help but relax! Ground floor apartment with your own private garden and deck with direct walking access to the resort restaurants and bar, lagoon, pool, surf beach and river. Access the resort facilities with free water sports (kayaking, water trampoline and sailing boats) and a paid water activity park perfect for the kids (and big kids too!). An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The Sunshine Coast airport is a few minutes drive, Sunshine Plaza is a 15 minute drive, there are however local shops for provisions. Seaside Unit - Marcoola Beach

The Pacific Ocean to the east with patrolled beaches nearby, and the majestic Mount Coolum to the west! This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

Wi Fi, family friendly, pet friendly and just a short walk to the sand and surf of Marcoola beach, local newsagent, yoga den, cafes and Marcoola Surf Club. Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.
