Yes, this is "that" house. This single level ranchette is walking distance to Indigeny Reserve from the front door. Walk the creek, ride a bike through the neighborhood, hike/ride the Indigeny trails, whatever you would like. This 930 sqft. farmhouse is on 2 acres...BY ITSELF.
