This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Right in the Bowl of San Clemente, within less than 10 minute walk to the pier and great Bear Coast coffee in the mornings and 2 blocks from Avenida Del Mar with cute shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the place was the deck -- 2nd floor, facing the ocean. We spent more time out on the deck than inside. Perfect to read, work, eat. Manny was a great host and we plan on returning next year!

Aaron was always responsive and friendly. The house is spacious and had an equipped kitchen. Everything went well!

Udo was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating, and the house was absolutely amazing. The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this home!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

My husband and I stayed at Ashanti’s place during the weekend. Her place was very neat, with fresh linen, beautifully decorated, and definitely felt like home! She is very responsive and helpful. Although we had a bit of an issue with the WiFi, Ashanti was able to help and get it resolved fast! The apartment complex is nearby the Hollywood Walk of Fame and other stores as well. Overall, we will definitely come back for another stay!

This home is one of my favorites! It is stunning, huge but feels like you are right at home, very very clean, great location and amenities to use. Overall my friends and I had an amazing stay here. 100% recommend.

Georgetta is an incredibly kind, responsive and helpful host. We were displaced by the Eaton fire, and so our needs were different than the routine Airbnb guest. For a single person or couple, or for a family on vacation, the apartment was perfect. Since we needed to cook our own meals while there, for a family of three, the apartment was not as fully stocked as we needed, but again, our needs were unique. Every time we reached out to Georgetta her response came within an hour and the problem was handled quickly and cheerfully. I encourage those looking for a place to stay in the LA area to consider this property.
