L'appartamento di Sonia è piccolo ma dotato di tutte le comodità e molto confortevole. Il bagno è grande e pulitissimo, così come la camera, bello anche il giardino. Sonia è un'ospite impeccabile, gentilissima e discreta ma sempre disponibile. Consigliamo questa sistemazione, comodissima anche per raggiungere tutti i punti dell'isola.

Chiara, Alessandro, ihre Familie, Hund und Katze haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Wohnung war gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt um die Ecke und es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe. Chiara hat uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!

L'emplacement est parfait au bout du port et en hauteur. La terrasse est tres agreable et le logement confortable. Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour et remercions encore notre hote pour sa gentillesse.

This place really is perfect. We were astonished at how Martina and her mother had gone to such trouble to think of every little detail of someone staying there. In addition to the 5 star review I have already given in relation to location, cleanliness etc I have also to mention with thanks the wonderful additional extras that we were so grateful to have and made our stay perfect. For an AirBnB to provide a choice of breakfast and snack items is so unusual and so welcoming. The items of food left for guests even provided us with enough food to provide lunch for our onward long journey which we were so grateful for. Thank you Martina and your Mum for really showing you cared about the guests staying. You gave us such a wonderful impression of Elba on our first stay that we cannot wait to return again. Eine traumhafte Unterkunft, toller Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, jedes Detail ist mit Liebe eingerichtet! Danke für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wir können diese wärmsten empfehlen! (Nur das Auto würden wir empfehlen vor dem Tor zu parken)

Appartamento accogliente, ben arredato pulito e ben riscaldato In ottima posizione con parcheggio davanti casa sempre libero in zona molto tranquilla e ariosa. La proprietaria Oriana è un persona veramente squisita.

Se volete rilassarvi in un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso nella campagna maremmana ma a soli 20 minuti dal mare, il Podere San Rocco di Oscar e Simonetta è la scelta ideale. Vi abbiamo trascorso una settimana con nostro figlio di un anno e mezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo: appartamento con cucina adeguato alle nostre esigenze e spazi esterni (giardino e piscina) curati in modo impeccabile. Da sottolineare infine l’educazione e la gentilezza di Simonetta e Oscar, sempre disponibili e attenti al benessere degli ospiti.

Freundlicher Empfang, wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Garten und Pool. Grundsätzlich äußerst ruhige Lage, jedoch im September viele landwirtschaftliche Arbeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, wofür natürlich die Hauswirtin nichts konnte. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
