Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Tutto perfetto, luogo super accogliente e bellissimo. Isabella e la sua famiglia ci ha accolti al meglio e soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste durante la nostra GTE dell'elba. Appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente con piscina fantastica, luogo incantevole e ben tenuto. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità e aver soddisfatto le nostre richieste

We had the most wonderfull stay at Podere Collina, this beautifull old farmhouse in fantastic landscape and nature! It is very quiet and has beautifull surroundings and is perfectly situated to get into the town. The house and kitchen are very well equipped, we had everything we could wish for. Luisa is a very nice host, and we definitely want to come back, when we will travel to beautifull Toscana again!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Perfekt vært. Virkelig et lækkert sted. Perfekt til afslapning. Hvis du bruger Google Maps, skal du bare fortsætte ca. 500 m op ad vejen efter Google mener, at du er ankommet.

Elisabetta ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: sehr hilfreich immer zu erreichen und gibt gerne Tipps für den Ort. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, ein herzlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Wirklich alles da und in perfektem Zustand. Modern und vielseitig eingerichtet. Sowohl die "Ortsmitte" von Pescaia als auch der Strand waren schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen rund um die Wohnung. Sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos ist in der Nachbarschaft (AC und DC). Wir haben die kleine Terrasse genossen. Selbst für unseren Hund waren liebevoll Näpfe, Snackbeutel, ein Liegekissen und eine Wasserflasche extra für den Hund für Unterwegs vorbereitet. Grossartig. Sehr gerne wieder und wir können Elisabetta und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Nous avons adoré ce séjour chez Giovanni, tant par la douceur du paysage Toscan, que par l’alliance de simplicité et de goût de la maison et l’accueil chaleureux de Giovanni, Gisèle et Elmar. Ce séjour a été paisible et ressourçant malgré la très forte chaleur de la saison et la présence d’insectes qui témoignent aussi du bel écosystème environnant !

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in 10 Min Fussweg zum Strand. Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung, sodass man morgens schnell noch frisches Brot kaufen gehen kann. Leider bei uns viele Stechmücken, sodass der Sitzplatz und der Rasen nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Häuschen mit allem drum und dran was man braucht für entspannte Ferien. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Baden im Meer. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und das tragbare WLAN ist super!
