This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

This stunning one of a kind log home, featured in Log Home Living Magazine, built in 2020 is located at the end of a tree lined driveway on 3.5 acres overlooking beautiful Newfound Lake, NH. This 1,586 Sq Ft home can house a MAX of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Amenities are 100 mbs Wi-Fi, TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, hot tub, whole house generator, central A/C, screened porch and huge patio. Parking pass to the private town beach that is less than 1/4 mile away.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Bright ‘n Cozy Cottage in Concord

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New Englander. We live right next door to the Cottage with our two pups. You will have the entire guest suite to yourself. Enter through the door off of the deck. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and the bathroom is located between the first and second floors. One bedroom has a full-size mattress and the other has two twin beds.
