We put a lot of love into this place. We recently renovated with modern touches, a complete gourmet kitchen modern. It has everything you could need to cook your meals. Our new fireplace able to change fire colors it gives a warm and romantic feeling. Our decorations are also very modern and carefully selected. The bathroom is new very modern and spacious. We added a smart T.V. to each room. A complete back yard and barbecue or just relax. Also many benches all around the perimeter of outside.

Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
