The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood. We’ve decorated the apartment with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings with a touch of boho to create a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. There is NO washer/dryer on the premises but a Laundromat is nearby. Enjoy a meal or the evening shade in the backyard.
