My home is located on a quiet street within the beautiful gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. Yosemite Valley is about an hour from the house when using the Highway 120 entrance. Check the (spelled out) URL NPS dot gov site for any passes needed to Yosemite. Guests will have the entire living area to enjoy. This 2-story home requires 4 external steps for entry and 12 internal steps for access to the rest of the home, including all bedrooms, living room, and kitchen

Bear Necessities

This newly remodeled cabin is nestled in a private subdivision on a quiet court directly across from the lake. Less than a mile from the highway, main grocery store, restaurants and pubs. Everything is in walking distance. The cabin has 3 beds and 3 baths to give everyone privacy. It provides ample space for 2 families. There is a second family room in case half of the crowd prefers to watch another movie. 2 enormous decks that have umbrellas for shade, dining tables and sitting areas.

Welcome travelers to our restful mountain house, to lay down your head and your belongings, and then head off into the wild for whatever adventure you may desire. Come and climb a mountain or jump in a lake, and then return to rest in this clean and comfortable cabin-like home. We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. Guests may ring host for help checking in.

Spacious living area adjoins the dining room and well equipped hardwood floored kitchen. Comfortable patios to enjoy your morning coffee or tea which I provide. We also have fresh eggs, butter, English muffins and jam for breakfast. 3 cozy bedrooms with fresh white cotton linens and towels. Quiet neighborhood with matured landscape around our home creates privacy. Drive way can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.

Beautiful Golf Course House 3 min from the lake!

Golf course views from living, dining, and kitchen areas. 15 minutes’ walk to the beach, Country Club/Grill, and community pool. Sleeps up to 10 people + additional air bad available. The deck is well shaded by beautiful oak and pine trees and gets a nice breeze. Inside laundry, washer/dryer stays. Central HVAC - all electric. 2 Car parking + Level driveway provides easy access and extra parking.
