Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.

Our Very Comfortable Granny Flat is at the back of our main limestone fronted house. It is very private, has a enclosed courtyard and is walking distance to restaurants and cafes in Yass town. We are really just over the road from the Yass River and there are plenty of picturesque walking paths along the river. There are also other facilities close by including a dog park, swimming pool children's playground.
