Maple Ridge Neighborhood Gem!

4.5 rounded up to 5. Lovely quiet safe neighborhood. Excellent location near Gathering Place. Spacious living & dining areas. Loads of children’s books, playthings. Ample supplies, implements to clean you, kids, pets, floor, clothes. Excellent water pressure in shower. Recommend 13-15” stool for kids under 42” at 2 sinks. A/C great relief in 100-105 temps. Ice maker doesn’t work, no ice trays. Rice cooker broken; we cooked rice in shallow pan. Recommend small or medium pot. Coffee maker faulty, needs replacement. 50 gold-rimmed plates; only 1 no-gold plate. Recommend ≥ 6 microwave-safe plates. Rugs in LR & BR2 tripping hazards. Highly recommend owners rectify for safety. Lighting very good in all rooms but bunkroom. Requested replacement of 1 dead bulb in ceiling; next day host changed out 2 but inferior wattage made room even dimmer. Overall, family enjoyed comfortable stay, had fun in Tulsa. Will consider returning esp. if hosts accept recommendations.

My family and I loved staying in Broken Arrow! This home was perfect for our little family to enjoy while it stormed and we couldn't get out. The kids loved the pool/ping pong table. Everyone had a chance to watch what they wanted. And the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals. Not to mention the linens and towels were clean. And what a life saver to have a washer and dryer available when you have kiddos 😅 We absolutely loved it here!

Modern Retreat with Pool/Hot Tub Heart of Midtown

This house is amazing! It’s a great location about a mile from the river and the Gathering Place, which you should definitely check out while you’re there. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! The house was well appointed and had everything you could need for a getaway. Overall, one of the best AirBNBs I’ve visited.

Overall experience was great. The only downfall is that one of the garage opener wasn’t working, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Love the cleanliness and simple decors. Will definitely give this home 11/10 and highly recommend everyone to book this cozy home.

Cozy Midtown Gem! Close to BOK, Expo, Utica!

The Midtown Gem was just right for our family of 4. Most everything we wanted to do in Tulsa was a short drive away. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we mostly ate at restaurants but it was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. It is in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!

Tulsa's Main Attraction by FF Premium Properties

I needed a place to stay in Tulsa with my Speech and Debate team during the State Tournament at TU. This house was perfect. Boys slept upstairs, girls slept downstairs. There were plenty of beds. The common spaces were perfect to hang out or rehearse, we even had a little karaoke party the first night before the tournament. The hosts had a basket of snacks set out in the kitchen when we arrived which made the team feel special. It was a perfect place to come home to eat and rest for the few sleeping hours we had between the tournament’s late nights and early mornings. We also loved the neighborhood cat! If you stay here, you may find her on the porch looking in the windows, her collar says her name is Moon Pie and she is super sweet and loves to be petted!

Dwayne is a gracious and pleasant host. His home was the perfect place for my family getaway. The layout is spacious yet intimate. The master suite is spectacular! All the beds were comfortable including the pillows. Everyone loved the home and wanted to move in. I loved waking up in the morning to the sound of birds singing and enjoying coffee with the beautiful view of the front and back yards. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We're glad the home was available for a last minute booking because the memories we made will last a lifetime.

Matt's a great host! I highly recommend his place as it is very centralized. Matt keeps the place clean and each room is fully equipped with TV, refrigerator, microwave, etc Will be staying again!

David was absolutely amazing. The house was so nice and clean. The kitchen was WELL stocked with anything you could need. We were traveling with some cheerleaders and they left ice cream and toppings which was truly an amazing plus to show up to. The beds were comfortable. There is a great walking trail that leads to a park right out the back yard. The patio is absolutely beautiful and a great place to relax at night. These host are truly genuinely good people and I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We loved our stay at the Joyous Cove. Great location. The house is beautiful, very well stocked, with comfortable beds and linens/towels. The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Our family truly enjoyed our time together in Tulsa celebrating our son’s engagement weekend. We hope to reserve this home for the wedding in December. Thank you ❤️
