Dank der großen Fenster sind alle Räume sehr hell. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die hochwertige Einrichtung gelegt. So findet man unter anderem eine Küche und einen Esstisch mit Sesseln aus Elsbeer-Vollholz. Im gesamten Chalet gibt es kostenloses WLAN, welches jedoch auf Wunsch auch ausgeschaltet werden kann. I designed this space with one goal: to create an apartment I’d want to stay in myself, clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need. It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. The house is located in Gerasdorf, directly at the border of Vienna. You can reach the center of Vienna in 20 minutes by public transport. You have the whole house for yourself. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a terrace. On the upper floor, you have two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and a kitchenette. Both bedrooms upstairs and the common areas downstairs have AC. Free parking on the property.

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

Berndorf liegt ca. 40 km im Süden von Wien, die Kurstadt Baden ist ca. 15 km entfernt und bietet Möglichkeiten für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Kulturinteressierte und Ruhesuchende.

Ausgestattet mit Küche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Wohnbereich. Die Donaulände, der Hauptplatz und einige nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haustiere sind willkommen.
