THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Small farm cabin near town

This simple little farm cabin is nestled under Sycamore trees with views of hills and farms. Enjoy the sunset on the porch with a blanket and a glass of wine while watching the horses graze peacefully. On clear nights you can see the North Star and the Milky Way. We are located just one mile away from the artsy village center of Three Rivers and 6 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. Cabin on the River!

Perfect hikers retreat, on the river! Private & shared river spot. Private Balcony. Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.

Church is a newly renovated 1940's home nestled in the heart of downtown Visalia. You are just a walk away from downtown, locally-owned eateries (we will provide you with our favorites!), enjoy the Wine Walk or maybe a Rawhide game.
