Great getaway house! is a unique and family friendly home. It has board games for the kids, pool, a fireplace to make s'mores and be cozy. There is room inside and outside for children to play and adults to relax. There is a BBQ in the backyard, & a full kitchen inside. The Lavender House is centrally located, close to downtown Visalia as well as the main boulevard (Mooney). It is a short 40 minute drive to Sequoia National Park entrance & 2 miles from the Fox Theater & the Convention Center.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.

For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer.
