Self contained Pool House

The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Surf St, Beach front Apartment

The space This is not a drill. This place is literally on the beach, you cannot get any closer. Stare out of the living room to a picturesque beach, where you can literally feel your body relax and smell the salt water. A hop, skip , jump away from the beautiful beach in Bilinga. Nothing beats the location, you wont need a car to stay here. With the beach at your door step and only a 10-15 minute walk to Coolangatta, Gold Coast Airport. To note: Red & yellow flags are right at the doorstep.

Private, tranquil studio

Tranquil Self - contained studio - private entrance. Private access to fenced backyard. Or sit, relax and watch the birds in the trees. Light up the chiminea - have a wood fired bbq. This is a dog friendly property upon request. Small and medium dogs. Extra fee of $30/ dog ( up to 2 dogs). The backyard is secure and we offer a crate, if needed. 900m to Tugun beach. 5 minutes to Currumbin Sanctuary 10 min to dog beach 10 min to Coolangatta. Studio is accessed down uneven garden steps.

Anna's Villa

A short ten minute walk through a park to stunning beaches and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on the glorious Gold Coast. A homely and totally private villa, with keyless entry, attached to the side of a house. Close to a village with an excellent supermarket, great restaurants, coffee shops and every amenity you could wish for as well as a reliable bus service. The beautiful hinterland is very close by. Parking is in the street.

The Hangar Bilinga Beach

The Hangar is a studio space that accommodates two people. Located a short walk from the beach, it features both coastal & aviation design elements. A separate dwelling to the main house, you'll have access to a private courtyard filled with plants. We are located 1km from the airport, a flat 15min walk and 500m from the beach. The airport operates under a curfew, with departures and arrivals only operating from 6am-11pm.
