This place is immaculate and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, wonderful sheets, great towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Everything is new and fresh as the picture show. And the best part is how wonderful the host is. You won’t go wrong staying here.

A group of 7 women, ages 31 to 83 stayed in Adam's place. It was PERFECT for our needs. The house was beautiful and smelled new. We enjoyed playing games at the huge dining table. The bathrooms were GORGEOUS!! We would definitely stay there again.

We were so glad we chose to stay at this AirBnB! Nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable. Especially enjoyed weekend mornings on the back porch.

Great spot for a Bachelor Bash weekend. Plenty of space. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider to welcome us was a nice touch! Highly recommend for anyone looking to do the Virginia Historic Triangle.

Katie was an amazing host! She responded quickly and was so incredibly helpful. Her home was very comfortable and clean as well as charming. Our dogs also loved the backyard and we had a blast together! Definitely would come again!

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

we enjoyed our stay! the home was cute, the location was great, and there were some nice touches to make us feel welcome. our host was always responsive and everything was intuitive.

Kendall was quick to respond and very kind! Definitely made my eventful trip smooth.

The apartment was located right in downtown Richmond so it was very easy to walk around and explore the cute restaurants and shops! It was also very convenient to have a designated parking spot in the back. The co-host Nelda was very responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. Just note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor so you will have to climb a few flight of stairs otherwise everything was as described!

This is my second time staying and I love this place. So easy and cozy and clean. I will be returning.

wonderful stay! booked it for Galaxy Con and it worked perfectly. walkable to both the convention center and a ton of restaurants. very comfy, far enough from downtown that it was quiet at night, and a lovely stay overall

Loved that this place was pet friendly and so walkable! I was able to bring my dog and let her out in the fenced in yard supervised. Very good stay!

We loved our stay at Sue’s place! What a lovely home, with a charming garden, and situated in a beautiful historic area. Sue made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout - such as a beautifully laid table readied for the next morning’s breakfast (provided!). We enjoyed walking to local eateries after a day of hiking around the James River parks, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the city from Libby Hill - just a few blocks from Sue’s place. We highly recommend Sue’s Airbnb and look forward to coming back!

If you are looking for a cozy space that is in a convenient location, this is the spot to be! This is definitely one of my favorite places that I have stayed at in Richmond.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Great place and great host. I stayed for two weeks and found everything I needed nearby and walkable, from restaurants to the Altria Center where I was performing. Very comfortable place and fast WiFi among other amenities. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I returned to Richmond.

Mei’s place was very walkable to VCU and activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It had everything we needed.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.
