Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

1 bedroom condo w/loft in a private location at 9th & Ocean yet only steps (5 min walk) from the beach and boardwalk (1 block) and short walk to the shopping/dining of Asbury Ave. This airy 2nd floor unit features large living area with open dining/kitchen, a large bedroom with the attached bathroom and a cozy loft hideaway. Enjoy your private balcony or one of the many shared outdoor spaces in the complex. Features an outdoor shower for convenience. Dedicated parking spot 1 block away.

Second floor duplex condo, with direct ocean views. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, Casper mattresses. Smart TV's in living room and bedrooms. Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

Studio has it's own deck & yard, and pool area is essentially private also. Location has great access with GSP exit/entrances a minute away. Somers Point restaurants and bars are also just minutes away. Area has great opportunities for kayaking, biking, & the beach This rental prioritizes a clean & healthy ambiance. No cigarette smoking.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. The Shore Cottage is a cozy one bedroom guest house with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light nestled in quiet Ocean View - just 5 minutes from Sea Isle City beaches and less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Avalon & Stone Harbor. In addition to the beaches, Abbie Homes Estate, local breweries, wineries, and golf courses are within minutes of the Shore Cottage. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer.

JUST 3 BLOCKS to the BEACH and BOARDWALK and Morey's Amusement Piers, this cozy first floor one bedroom with KING and FULL bed can accommodate guests. No cable but Wifi is provided. Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. Walkable to restaurants, Wawa, and Supermarket. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May, and the County Zoo. Only 45 minutes to Atlantic City. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/12.
