Our house is good for both couples and families. We have a private hiking trail that leads down to a cool mountain stream where you can cool off. Take a dip in the nearby Hippie Hole or go fishing or canoeing in nearby lake Carmi. There are three bedrooms and a master bath with a spa tub. Wifi, fireplace and more.

The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. Sholan Road presents a moderately steep and uneven incline, not suitable for low sports cars. While the driveway and Sholan Road will be cleared during the snowy winter season, it's crucial to note that effective winter tires with front-wheel, all-wheel, or 4-wheel drive are essential for safe navigation.

Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

Waterfront cabin

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The owners of the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to a canoe and kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'.
