The Carriage House in Historic Fitzwilliam

Welcome to the Carriage House! Former site of the popular Hannah Davis House Bed and Breakfast, this gorgeous space is ready for your visit! Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

The Brick House on Washington Street

Three guest bedrooms in a Colonial home on Washington Street make a great launchpad for visitors to Keene. From here, it's a pleasant walk or drive to Downtown restaurants, the theatre and shops. The Sterling family has owned this pretty place since 1982 and a design studio operates in the barn portion of the space. The open living room with TV and original fireplace adjoin a "tea room" with a bright bay window. Family chef-approved, guests are welcome to use the spacious kitchen.

This quaint 2 bedrooms newly redecorated / vintage style. Now has a king and a queen size bed, very comfortable. There are some cool 1950s pieces in the unit. 2 private bathrooms. Private entry key lockbox. washer and dryer. Jaffrey is at the base of Mount Monadnock, the most hiked mount climbed in North America. You will see the mountain as you walk downtown . There several beautiful historic homes in our area. There are several lakes to swim, kayak or fish.
