The apartment is on 5th flr. (If you have luggage, the security guard at request will help carry to the house). The apartment is in a residential area where it's well secured behind the mall. A guard is permanently stationed. Very easily accessible and within reach to all amenities you might require eg; bank services, uber, restaurants, malls, a gym etc. For foreigners, it's important to note that most apartments, like this one have the bathroom and toilet in the same room. Not separate.
