Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα. Είναι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες ενός ατόμου, αλλά και επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες. Είναι αναικαινισμένο, προσεγμένο, καθαρό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον. 'Ενα διαμέρισμα όμορφα διαμορφωμένο να ξιλοξενεί και παρέες για μια όμορφη εξόρμηση στην πόλη της Τρίπολης, 8' από το κέντρο με τα πόδια, δωρεάν πάρκιν, θέρμανση το χειμώνα. Βρίσκεται 2'-3' λετπά με τα πόδια από το Παναρκαδικό νοσοκομείο της πόλης και το Στρατόπεδο πεζικού επίσης.

It has access from west by a pedestrian street 70mt away from the main parking of the old town, just above the 5 brothers (canons) The access from north is stairs, which start at Staikopoulou str. and this is Vyronos str. Next building was the first military hospital of Greece which later became the Dioskouroi Hotel. Easy access to down town only with 2' walking. Friendly environment is guaranteed.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
