Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Meine Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick liegt an der Südküste Kretas in Laufnähe (5 Min) zum östlichen Strand von Triopetra. Erholung pur an einem Ort absoluter Ruhe inmitten der Natur über dem lybischen Meer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock meines Hauses und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Sie ist 50 m² groß und hat eine 30 m² große Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Meerblick. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau der Ende 2018 fertig gestellt wurde.

Casa 28 III

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. The apartment features balcony with sea view and also a modern kitchen, fitted with fridge, stove-top, coffee machine, water boiler, clothes iron, ironing board and full set of dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a comfortable couch. Towels and bed linen are also provided. We speak Greek and English.
