Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Thank you so much for amazing vacations!

Top Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Ruhig und abgelegen und dennoch ist in kurzen Strecken alles erreichbar, was man im Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Aktivitäten, Strand… Einziges Manko war das Internet, das bis zum Schluss mal mehr, mal weniger funktioniert hat, aber sowohl Hausbesitzer, als auch die zuständige Haushälterin vor Ort waren extremst bemüht, alles erdenklich mögliche zu tun, das Problem zu beheben. Letztlich tat es auch mal gut, nicht immer online zu sein… Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool klasse, wir haben uns sofort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sauber, die Küche top ausgestattet, bequeme Betten… Absolute Empfehlung!!! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Danke, Erich, für die tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei David. Er war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sauber und ruhig. Der Pool ist absperrbar, das war für uns absolut genial mit den zwei kleinen Kindern. So konnten die beiden überall rum rennen und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen. Der kleine Spielplatz war auch ein Highlight neben dem wunderschönen Pool. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, Sandra, Alex die beiden Omas, die Zwillinge und die Hunde :D

Peter's villa is great! We loved the sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi. and the house itself is really spacious, and has all the modern equipment you need.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.

Mein erstes AirBnb Erlebnis und meine Kumpel hatten nicht zu viel versprochen. Bin absolut begeistert. Jacuzzi war eine 10/10 genau so wie das gesamte Haus. Beheizter Pool war mega. Bin absolut zufrieden

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa ! La maison est tout simplement excellente : très propre, extrêmement agréable, et offrant des conditions de logement exceptionnelles. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine privée est un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. De plus, la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité remarquables, toujours prête à répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Krasna hiša na čudoviti lokaciji! Mir in moznost za razne aktivnosti, kar je bilo idealno za dve družini in otroke razlicnih starosti. Komunikacija z Manco je bila neoporecna. Sprejela nas je prijazna Darija, kar je dalo nasemu obisku topel pečat in nam bo dolgo ostalo v spominu. Hvala!

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Hammer! Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Dadi und Natasha haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und sogar ermöglicht, dass wir etwas früher einchecken konnten. Zur Begrüßung gabs sogar eine kulinarische Überraschung! Für die Kinder standen Hochstühle, Betten und Geschirr zu Verfügung! Das Haus ist was Ausstattung und Architektur angeht ein Traum bei dem mit Liebe zum Detail auf alles geachtet worden ist. Wie machen bereits seit mehreren Jahren mit dieser Gruppe Urlaub und waren noch nie in einem Haus zweimal... das werden wir zukünftig allerdings überdenken! Zum Abschied gabs noch einen leckeren Wein und eine Aufmerksamkeit für unsere Kinder! Auf einer Skala von 1-10 vergebe ich eine 9! Lediglich der kompakte Aussenbereich könnte als Nachteil gewertet werden. Für Familien die Kinder im Auge behalten müssen war es allerdings ein Vorteil! Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal!

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

Das Haus ist toll, jedes Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Auch der Pool ist super und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Zugang zum Stand hat man mit 10 Minuten Fahrzeit ebenfalls, alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Villa molto bella e funzionale, con tutti i servizi, molto comodo il check in con la chiave. La villa si trova in collina, in un complesso di ville di proprietà dell'agenzia, posto molto tranquillo. Molto consigliato per una vacanza rilassante

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaub. Es gibt verschiedene Strände in der Nähe, 5-10 Minuten mit Auto. Die Besitzer waren mega freundlich. Es war alles dort, was man zum Urlaub braucht.

House was nicer than in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in late June. We were 2 families with 3 kids. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces for kids to run around. AC in the house was best we’ve had on our many trips to Europe!!! (As Americans this is one of the most important items for us). Each room had its own controls as well as common spaces. We LOVED proximity to Grožnjan as that was one of our favorite towns in entire Istria. We used the home as base and drove around many towns exploring. We felt anything was within 30 min drive and easy to get around. - Grocery store was about 7 mins away in Buje - Closest beach was 20 mins away in Kanegra which was also our favorite beach in the area. - Favorite nearby restaurant was AModoMio just few mins away; food was great and terrace views perfect for relaxed evenings Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Danijel ziemlich spontan gebucht und wir wurden definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist ist modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt richtig wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und Danijel war bei Rückfragen jederzeit kurzfristig für uns erreichbar. Der gesamte Check-In verlief absolut unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa Dorina definitiv empfehlen.

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

Absolutely brilliant! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated villa, well equipped and super functional kitchen. Idyllic quiet location with a gorgeous garden, outside dining area and pool. Hosts Andrea and brother Luka are super welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!!

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.

Villa Alisia was an amazing house to stay a week in. The house was cool, nicely decorated and gave us (family of 4) ample space. The heated pool and outside kitchen were truly amazing - especially because we enjoyed 24 degrees every day (in April!) 😌 If possible, we will definitely return there - highly recommended ☺️
