Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Irena3 is located in the beautiful area of Dramalj, near Crikvenica. Apartment is on the 1 st floor.The surface is cca 32 m2, and can acommodate up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with 1 double bed. In living room there is a sofa bed width 1,60m. It has a well equipped kitchen, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Bathroom is equipped with washing machine.App has a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. In addition, a SAT TV, free WiFi, Air-condition and one private parking place.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.
