Appartamento spazioso, pulito, in zona molto tranquilla sui colli alle spalle di Conegliano che è raggiungibile in 10 minuti d'auto. Ben fornito di tutto, inclusa una bottiglia di Prosecco di benvenuto. Consigliato.

This villa is fantastic - it was build in 1965 and the style is well preserved, the massive, wooden window blinds and the furniture inside breath history and make you feel at home! The place is definitively not „downtown“ but very remote and private which makes it ideal for a family or friends who just want to stay away from „it all“ and enjoy a gorgeous view over the Prosecco hills into the alps as well as towards the lagoon of Venice. The tranquility of this place makes it a great location for shorter or longer break. The hosts are extremely friendly, their hospitality was excellent and they made you feel like almost like royal guests on their premises. Side note: the villa is located in one of the areas of the Andreola winery which makes it a very suitable location when you like Proseccco…

Das Haus von Luca ist ein Juwel, liegt im privaten Garten, also absolute Ruhelage. Ideal für Pärchen, mit einer großen Wohnküche und Ausgang auf die eigene Terrasse, im ersten Stock ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit WC. Die Kommunikation mit Luca und seinem Vater war immer ausgezeichnet und unproblematisch - danke dafür! Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ins Zentrum sind es circa 10 Minuten, für einen Stadturlaub also eine ideale Lage. Wir kommen sicher wieder - Padua ist immer eine Reise wert!

Andrea and Deborah were amazingly welcoming and kind. They showed me around their beautiful house and answered my questions. The gorgeous home was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings gives the home a warm inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the vintage photo- graphs offer a glimpse into the family history of the home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable as did Archie, our Golden Retriever and we would definitely stay here again.

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Ho avuto il privilegio di soggiornare presso Cuba house e posso affermare con certezza che è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo state accolti con un calore e una gentilezza che ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. Elisabetta è semplicemente eccezionale! Sin dal momento della prenotazione ha dimostrato una professionalità e una disponibilità che raramente ho incontrato in altri luoghi. E stata super attenta ad ogni nostra necessità, anticipando addirittura le nostre richieste con una cortesia che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale. Vorrei farle un plauso particolare per il modo in cui ci ha trattato regalandoci attenzioni e piccoli omaggi come tutto il necessario per un’ottima colazione e i biscotti deliziosi fatti in casa da sua mamma, tutti prodotti necessari per la pulizia della casa e molto altro che ha reso la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. Fantastic apartment in a great location very close to St Marks Square and lots of restaurants. The views from the rooftop terrace and the lounge windows are fabulous, and the terrace was great for breakfast and an early evening drink. The apartment was beautifully furnished on the kitchen well equipped. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable.

The place was absolutely fantastic and the host was so responsive and helpful. The location is in one of the busiest and most touristy areas of Venice, but the apartment was still so peaceful and quiet during the night. Nothing bad to say. Would absolutely stay again.

Hallo zusammen, Wir liebten den Aufenthalt bei Lucio. Es war eine Wohnung mitten im leben in Venedig. Nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und gut gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles. Lucio war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Er hat sich Zeit genommen und uns viele hilfreiche und tolle Tipps gegeben. Es war super! Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen. Es ist ruhig gelegt und super zentral. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. 10 Sterne von 5! Wir liebten alles. Liebe Grüße Alisha

Weekend a Refrontolo andato benissimo! L’alloggio era proprio come da annuncio, pulito, in una zona molto carina e tranquilla, e Luigina è stata gentilissima! Consigliato

The apartment is absolutely huge and very central in venice. Houses all 7 of us comfortably and could have house 2 more! the location is amazing and the view from the window is straight onto a canal. Absolutely worth it 👍

This apartment was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location was great, close to everything and quiet at night. Marco allowed us to drop our luggage off early then return to checkin later. The washing machine was not working during our stay and Marco came immediately to try to fix it and also took our laundry, washed, dried and folded it all for us to help us since we had been unable do laundry ourselves. This was very kind and incredibly helpful for us. I would recommend this apartment and stay here again happily!

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.
