Descubre este encantador adosado, al ingresar, te recibirá un amplio y luminoso espacio diáfano que combina el salón, la cocina y el comedor, cuenta con aire acondicionado y un baño completo garantizando tu comodidad, desde allí se accede a un balcón con impresionantes vistas al mar. En el nivel inferior, encontrarás dos acogedoras habitaciones; una con cama doble y otra con 2 camas sencillas, ambas con aire acondicionado. El exterior ofrece una encantadora terraza inferior al aire libre.

Dispone de 3 amplias habitaciones, dos de ellas con baño en suite y otra cuarta habitación habilitada como sala para trabajo. Dispone de aire acondicionado frio/calor en todas las estancias de la casa así como calefacción por suelo radiante. La villa está provista de piscina climatizada todo el año.

The covered terrace, especially, is fabulous with a barbecue house, table and chairs for outdoor eating and sofas for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book.
