Ha 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, ingresso accogliente su salone con comodo divanoletto, bagno con doccia e cucina totalmente equipaggiata. Nel giardino di proprietà è situata una piscina (da giugno) e un gazebo in legno con BBQ. In zona residenziale,fuori dal centro storico, l'alloggio è finemente arredato e confortevole.Ha ingresso indipendente,fa parte di una casa colonica in stile toscano con soffitti in mezzane e travi in legno.E' composto da soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale e attigua cucina ben attrezzata (frigocombo,lavastoviglie e forno microonde).La camera da letto matrimoniale è sul soppalco al quale si accede con una comoda scaletta. Sotto si trovano gli armadi e le cassettiere.Arredo di design.

Relax nella campagna Toscana ad un passo dal mare

Ideale per una coppia la casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra troviamo un soggiorno e la cucina completa di accessori con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, al primo piano abbiamo invece una grande camera matrimoniale (possibilità di aggiungere un letto per bambini) e un bagno molto spazioso. Chiunque è e sarà sempre il benvenuto. Le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione degli appartamenti sono eseguite in maniera scrupolosa direttamente da noi al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

There is a small outdoor veranda with table and chairs. The pool is located at 400 meters from the house. The path is a bit up and down, so if you don’t like to walk please do not book this house. We do tastings in the cellar with visits of the vineyards and the ancient barrique.
