Bella vista - Love

The apartment features one bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (a tub, bidet, hair dryer and free toiletries), dining/living room (with a pull out sofa ) and a beautiful spacious balcony. It is located in a charming apartment-housing estate, in the city's elite residential area, within walking distance from the city centre as well as the elite Banje Beach (about 10 minutes), while the relaxing walk back will only take a little while longer. You can either follow the road or take a shortcut by stairs. You are probably familiar with the fact that most of Dubrovnik's residential area is situated on the slopes of Hill Srdj, above the Old Town. Being situated in this very area, our apartment thus offers you a perfect opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the island of Lokrum, the Old Town and its surroundings. Peace and quiet as well as breathtaking views are our strong points . We are close enough and yet far away from the city's hurly-burly. The place can be easily accessed by car /taxi at a very reasonable price, since the place is about 3 minutes' drive from the Old Town. Just go all the way up Bruna Bušića Street, where there is a guaranteed parking/garage spot in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A bus stop is only 60 metres away by stairs or, if you are not into climbing stairs, another bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away. All taxes, utility costs, air- conditioning, internet extension, bed linen, towels are included in the price. The apartment can accommodate 3 persons. OLD TOWN: about 15 minutes' walk (650 m away) BEACH: 10 minutes' walk (400 m away ) GROCERY STORE: 5 minutes' walk (200 m away) COFFEE-SHOP: 5 minutes' walk (200 m away) BUS STOP: 5 minutes' walk away (No 5 & 8) We are willing to offer each and every guest all the help they may need and make sure they feel comfortable and enjoy their holiday to the fullest. Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.) in surface. Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik , just 300m away from the Old town center .Apartment has 60 square meters and consists of one double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room ,terraces overlooking the old town .Terrace offers spectacular views of city walls, Lokrum , old harbour and the cruisers that often anchor in front of apartment. Tonko Apartments is located right above the vibrant new harbour of Dubrovnik, 2,2 km from the Old Town. Within 200 metres there is a shop, restaurant. Bus stop is 80 metres far. Guests can relax in the garden or on the sun terrace and take in the sweeping views. There is free private garage which is convenient for guests with their own car or a rental car. Free Wi-Fi is available in all units. There is also a flat-screen TV.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
