Pond View Four Elms New ground floor flat

Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Guests, in between houses or from overseas looking for longer stays have always enjoyed their stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provides good family accommodation and the dish washer and washer dryer to make life easy. The Wi-Fi is excellent for computers games and phones. The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Terrific for group bookings, cycling and triathlon participants, temp workers, golfers, extended families in area for special occasions, corporate charity rides, or bake off weekends! Petite Gite in an idyllic cottage garden.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

You'll love this unique, secluded space. We are on the doorsteps of Winston Churchill home (Chartwell), Penshurst place, Hever Castle, Chiddingstone and Emments Gardens. The local area is abundant with beautiful surrounding villages, such as Westerham, Oxted and Tunbridge Wells, with restaurants, bars and old traditional country pubs. There is a wealth of things to keep you busy in the local area, or simply enjoy the hut’s amenities making for a perfect romantic break.

Simple Hoppers Hut Cabin for Two

The Hoppers Hut is inspired by the simple accommodation farmers provided for families of seasonal workers from East London, coming to pick the Hop Harvest, from the mid-19th to the mid-20th centuries. We have an old Oast House at Bore Place, so it's likely we had Hoppers Huts here. Just finished, it's simple, yet comfortable and of this place. Handmade by our own crafts people David & John, fully insulated and clad in planks of locally grown and cut waney edge larch.

Carmel Cottage: Cosy countryside retreat

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. This charming two-bedroom converted stables with a walled garden and patio is the perfect haven for your break, offering a blend of comfort and convenience. Set back from the road behind gates and with a gravel courtyard, this property provides plenty of character.

A beautiful barn conversion with 3 beds & patio

A village centre cottage with off-street parking and patio garden. Recently renovated to an excellent standard to provide accommodation for up to 5 in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathrooms. All creature comforts including bespoke fully-equipped kitchen and wood burning stove. Beds can be configured as 1 double & 3 singles, or 2 doubles & 1 single. Please advise your preference. Note there is a spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom & bathroom.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
