You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Waterfront cottage w/deep dock 17 miles to Clemson

Welcome to the Queen of Harts, our 2BR/1BA, waterfront cottage on Lake Hartwell w/private, deep water dock. The house is located on a quite street 25 min to Clemson. Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Destination Keowee

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Zoey’s Cottage on Lake Hartwell w/dock- Secluded

This cozy charming and quiet lake property is the perfect getaway for families & friends . Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Lakefront cottage with a view, near Clemson

Enjoy life on Lake Hartwell at our cottage with stunning views and private double decker dock. Use our kayaks, canoe, and floats, or bring your boat in at the nearby launch to relax in our quiet deep water cove. The screened in porch, surrounded by large trees, is a perfect place to read a book or have a cup of coffee. Our kitchen is large and well stocked and opens up to the living room for easy socializing. Whole house has been recently remodeled and is super clean and cozy.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Tiny house

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

The Little Cottage on Pine/20 minutes to Clemson

The Cottage was created for the purpose of having a beautiful place to host our out-of-town family and friends. We chose to make it available for guests like you as well. It is tucked away in the quiet countryside of Upstate SC. Enjoy the peaceful farmland, your morning cup of coffee on the front porch, the nearby lakes and a short drive to downtown Clemson. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

My place is close to Clemson University, great views, lake front property on Lake Hartwell, Anderson, SC, very close to I-85, family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (Pet friendly with limitations. Please ask ) Lots of outdoor living space as well for grilling out or visiting on the deck.
