Tranquillo e accogliente appartamento in stile vintage vicino al centro di Pisa, in una serena zona residenziale. Si trova a piano terra, ha il parcheggio riservato gratuito ma non custodito. Ha un giardino privato e recintato in cui potrete far stare il vostro animale domestico. Davanti la casa avrete a disposizione un area verde per i cani. La casa si trova vicina a macelleria, poste, pescheria, supermarket, 15 minuti a piedi dalla torre pendente e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
