Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. Two double rooms with kitchenette in Totterdown

The guest suite is the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs and the front door and entrance corridor is shared with us. There are no doors on the stairs separating the floors. Double rooms with king-size beds. No tv. Small toilet and small shower room. Mini kitchen with combi oven, single electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, milk and cereal provided. Free street parking. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs, small toilet and shower

Bristol Art BnB

Large house with easy transport links to Bristol and Bath. Clean, light and airy featuring different artists/artwork, plenty of greenery, a garden and driveway. All recently decorated. The local area boasts all amenities including great cafes and a deli on Sandy Park Road. 50 metres from the front door is a TIER scooter and bike hire point and bus stop for Bristol and Clifton. In 10 mins you are in central Bristol boasting the Suspension Bridge, Banksy artworks and lots more.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Victorian property renovated tastefully with all modern comforts. With large bright open plan kitchen diner and bi-folds leading to sunny garden. Very comfortable large double bedrooms, modern bathroom with powerful rainforest shower. Situated a 10 minute walk from Bristol train station and a short walk from the city centre and Harbourside. The house is nestled amongst the colourful houses of Totterdown with all its pubs, parks and cafes on the doorstep.

Surrounded by woodland 10mins from Bristol Airport

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Fuchsia Barn is a brand new purpose built Airbnb unit, finished to a very high standard, with lots of natural materials giving it a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. It is situated 12 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Castle Combe, often voted the prettiest in the country, and featured in many films. Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
