Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Torre Alta: antica dimora in pietra con vista mare

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Villa Franca è ubicata a circa 850 metri di altitudine e si affaccia su una balconata sulla Valle del Mercure cerchiata da est a sud dalla catena del Pollino. L'abitazione dispone di un ampio salone con comodo divano letto, cucina attrezzata con camino completa di elettrodomestici, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno, ampio porticato, barbecue esterno. Data la posizione, è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le gole del Lao per rafting, monte Pollino per escursioni e le terme di Latronico

Mare Soul - Maratea

NB. È previsto pagamento imposta di soggiorno in loco, in contanti, pari a euro 2.50 per persona al giorno, a partire dai 12 anni, per max 5 giorni, dal 1/05 al 31/10. Casa recentemente ristrutturata e arredata, con terrazzo, patio e giardino vista mare. Parcheggio privato di facilissimo accesso. Dista 700 metri a piedi dal mare ed è collocata nel centro storico di Acquafredda, frazione di Maratea. La bella vista mare che si gode dal terrazzo e dal giardino è un piacevole ristoro per l'anima.

Tana Libera Tutti 1: "Nature, yourself and love".

The apartment is located on the first floor of the old grandparents' house. My grandfather built it with his hands and us we restore. The Tana Libera Tutti project was born in 2015. We created "Tane" in my grandparents' and great-uncles' old house, which we renovated with our own hands. :) Since 2025, Francesco (sancho for friends) has been became Official and Exclusive Guide of the Pollino National Park. The house is set in a large flowered garden, which includes a relaxation area with an outdoor sofa, wicker sofa and barbecue, ideal for pleasant barbecues. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs, accessible via an external staircase, there is a spacious terrace with lounge area, parasol and table, as well as a second attic double bedroom.
